- To consult, provide soft assistance, strengthen and build capacity to CBOs, CSOs and LNGOs
- To strengthen local/national organizations/NGOs in order to work shoulder to shoulder with international organizations/NGOs
- To strengthen Civil Society’s Role and capacity in order to participate in nationals development and democratic change
